1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Inzwerkz Pte Ltd.
  2. The Company reserves the right to change these product pricing and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. If you choose for the Goods to be delivered to you, delivery charges of S$10 is chargeable for any purchase below S$200 per order. 
  4. All Goods purchased from us will only be delivered to addresses within Singapore. No delivery will be made outside Singapore or to post office boxes.
  5. During unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather conditions, the delivery time is subjected to changes without prior notice to the customer.
  6. Upon confirming the delivery date and no one is present at the delivery address to receive the goods, the buyer will be required to pay for additional transport charges and arrange for another delivery date and time.
  7. Purchased items must be collected not later than three (3) months from the order date, after which the buyer shall be liable to pay storage charges at a fixed rate for a longer period of up to one month. On expiry of latter period, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any payment which has been made and cancel the order, subject to any special instructions noted in this order.
  8. Any default, delay or defects in any of our delivery(ies) or item(s) shall be considered as a segregated default without giving the customer’s right to cancel the whole order.
  9. Customers have to inspect/check all goods upon deliver, any issues must be made immediately to Inzwerkz Pte Ltd when receiving the goods.
  10. Inzwerkz Pte Ltd will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may occur through misuse or alteration of any of its products.
  11. The Compnay reserves the right to change the specifications of the product and function decribed herein at any time without prior notice.
  12. The Company does not warrant the accuracy of the information and accepts no liability for technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
